Client Profile: Indiana Nonprofit company needs an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem!

Job Summary: The CARES Eligibility Specialists are responsible for understanding and applying all eligibility guidelines to the appropriate program and circumstance to help callers. Additionally, the CSR is accountable for maintaining company standards of quality and complying with all policies and procedures. The ideal candidate must be comfortable interfacing with people in person and via phone.

Qualifications

· High School Diploma or equivalent, some college is preferred

· 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a related field required.

· Must be vaccinated against COVID and provide documentation

· Must attend all training sessions

· Hours starting 2/21 will be Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm, and Saturdays will be required.

· Must pass job assessment at 80%

· Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multi-task

· Thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching support
