The CSR Coordinator focuses on conducting concierge calls to clients, updating client information, assessing their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume daily outbound calls (minimum 60 per day) to update client details, verify service preferences, and maintain account status. Requires being on the phone at least 70% of the time.
Meet performance metrics and proactively enhance client engagement during calls.
Identify client service needs through meaningful conversations and document requirements accurately in the CRM (Zoho).
Suggest tailored services or solutions based on client needs.
Address client inquiries, escalate issues as needed, and follow up to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters, sources, and executives, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or 3–5 years of customer service experience.
Strong people skills and comfort with making outbound calls.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and email.
Energetic, organized, and dependable personality.
Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch), with potential variations.
Compensation: $17.00–$20.00 per hour, plus incentives/commissions.
