Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, utilizing various platforms (social media, job boards, career fairs) to grow the candidate pool. Evaluate candidate suitability, communicate job details, and manage the hiring process, including paperwork and feedback sessions.

  • Client Development: Engage with existing and prospective clients to gather feedback, build relationships, and identify staffing needs. Conduct prospect research, manage CRM updates, and provide tailored sales materials.

  • Administration: Document activities, maintain CRM (Zoho), and submit weekly reports. Collaborate on special projects and improve recruitment and client engagement strategies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience, with a background in recruiting or talent sourcing as a plus.

  • Proficiency in relationship-building, critical thinking, communication, and organization.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and a dynamic work environment.

  • Competitive base salary ($50,000–$60,000) plus bonus or commission opportunities.
